The Master Bedroom on the upper level features a king-size bed, a Smart TV, night lamps with charging pads, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and toilet, creating a luxurious and private retreat. On the main floor, the 1st Bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep. The lower level provides additional sleeping options with the 3rd Bedroom, which includes a queen-size bed and connects to the Bunk Room. Designed for larger groups or families, the bunk room features two double-over-double bunk beds, one with a trundle, and another connecting room with a bunk-style bed where the lower bunk doubles as a futon/sofa, ensuring plenty of space for everyone to unwind comfortably.

Guests will have full access to the entire home, with the exception of the locked cleaner's closet and the utility room. We will be readily available for any questions or assistance through the app!

You will need a car to get around but there is plenty of parking available free on the premises.

- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).

- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked

- We have an additional 5 Str Co-Host Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.

- Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.
