On the first floor, you’ll find our cozy master bedroom with king size bed, complete with a private full bathroom for your comfort and convenience.

On the second floor, you'll discover 2 charming bedrooms, each featuring a queen-sized bed and a smart TV for your comfort and enjoyment.

On the ground floor, you’ll find an extra bedroom with 3 comfy bunk beds: 1 is a twin-over-twin and the other 2 are queen-over-twin. It’s a great space for extra sleeping arrangements and a bit of fun.

Lastly, please note that our couches can comfortably accommodate 2 additional guests for extra sleeping space.

Guests will have access to the entire home, except for the locked cleaner’s closet and the utility room. We’re always available through the app if you have any questions or need assistance during your stay!

Located in the heart of Bethel, ME, this lovely town provides a peaceful getaway with its scenic rolling hills and beautiful woodlands. Whether you’re an outdoor adventurer ready to explore the White Mountain National Forest or hoping to fish in the Androscoggin River, Bethel has something for everyone. The town is known for its welcoming, small-town charm, with local shops and restaurants offering a true taste of Maine’s hospitality. You’re in for a relaxing and beautiful experience in Bethel, where nature and community blend seamlessly.

A car will be necessary to get around, but we have plenty of free parking available on-site!

- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).

- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked

- We have an additional 5 Str Co-Host Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.

- Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.
